Adopt through trust

Analytics and AI change outcomes only when your people act on what they recommend. Trust is what makes them act, and only when it is built into the way they work.

Adoption is a way of working, not a rollout

Outcomes are driven by better, faster decisions. Analytics and AI now make recommendations automatically, at a scale no team could reach by hand — but your people will only act on a recommendation they trust, and trust is built by people, over time, as they check what sits behind each recommendation and see how it was made.

An iteration cycle of four steps around trusted decisions: explain the recommendation, verify your knowledge, decide the action, capture the logic, and round again
  1. Step 1

    EXPLAIN the recommendation

Recommendations are automated. They arrive in volume and they arrive fast, and each one has to be understandable: the knowledge it drew on, the new information it brought in, and the reasoning that joined the two. And each has to find the people who need it, when they need it, rather than wait to be looked for.

  2. Step 2

    VERIFY your knowledge

Before acting, your people confirm that the knowledge behind the recommendation is load-bearing — accurate, current and relevant to this decision. Where it is not, they correct the knowledge quickly with a managed workflow.

  3. Step 3

    DECIDE the action

Now the decision: escalate the risk, move the asset, see the patient first. This is where analytics and AI change an outcome — faster, because the checking has been done, and better, because the decision rests on knowledge people trust. Judgement augmented, not replaced: the person decides, with the reasoning in front of them.

  4. Step 4

    CAPTURE the logic

What was learned is captured as part of the workflow, not as a separate exercise: the knowledge corrected, the rule the decision applied, the decision itself and whether the recommendation was right. Each goes back into the system, so the next recommendation starts from better logic. That is how trust in automated recommendations is built: one verified decision at a time.

Round again. Each iteration cycle makes the next recommendation more trustworthy, and the next decision faster.

Why Mission Forge

Putting this iteration cycle in place is not an AI implementation. It is a transformation of three things at once, and each depends on the other two.

Designing and implementing the whole-organisation transformation, where decisions are augmented by analytics and AI at scale, is what Mission Forge was created for.
